Once the final logo files (e.g., PNG, JPG, SVG, AI, or EPS) have been delivered, the project is considered complete. No refunds will be issued after delivery of the final artwork

If the project is cancelled before any design has commenced, the client is eligible for a refund. If there is any consultation, planning, or administrative time already incurred, the typical refund in such cases is 90% of the total project fee paid.
