Brand Guidelines Refund Policy
📍Final Delivery & Ownership
Once the Brand Guidelines document (typically including logo usage, typography, colours, voice/tone, etc.) is delivered and approved, the project is considered complete. No refunds will be issued after final delivery.
📍Cancellation Before Work Begins
If the project is cancelled before any research, concepting, or design has begun, you are eligible for a partial refund, minus any time already spent on consultation or planning. Typically, a 10% cancellation may apply
